Andrew Milson graduated from Keele University in 1997 with a degree in Biology and Psychology and subsidiary qualifications in Educational Studies and Philosophy.
Alongside his academic studies, he began developing his entrepreneurial skills by getting involved in publishing student magazines, running campus bars, managing events, and radio broadcasting.
Following graduation, Andrew took the opportunity to go travelling and spent 6 months teaching English in Nagasaki, Japan. On his return to the UK, Andrew set up a design and events agency, in York, with some University friends.
After 11 years Andrew sold out to his business partner, took some time out and then embarked on a secondary science PGCE. Over 7 years he has taught a range of science qualifications including Biology, Astronomy and Human Health and Physiology.
Andrew is particularly interested in the growing media attention surrounding good mental health in the workplace and is delighted to be able to offer his varied experiences and insights to Delphis and their growing client base.
